BIO
Aziza Daima discovered her passion for bellydance in 2003 with Sahar Gamal, a pioneer in Venezuela. With a foundation in ballet, flamenco, and gymnastics, she found in bellydance a joyful, expressive path that felt natural to the body and soul. Her training expanded through contemporary dance and deep cultural study with Egyptian artists Samara Hayat and Asmahan. In 2023, she became a certified SharQui Instructor, blending artistry with a fitness-forward approach. Now based in Florida, she’s on a mission to help women in all stages of life reconnect with their bodies, embrace their feminine energy, and find freedom through dance.
Aziza Daima descubrió su pasión por la danza del vientre en 2003 con Sahar Gamal, una pionera en Venezuela. Con una base en ballet, flamenco y gimnasia, encontró en la danza del vientre un camino alegre y expresivo que se sentía natural para el cuerpo y el alma. Su formación se amplió con la danza contemporánea y el estudio cultural profundo con las artistas egipcias Samara Hayat y Asmahan. En 2023, se certificó como instructora de SharQui, combinando el arte con un enfoque orientado al fitness. Ahora, radicada en Florida, tiene la misión de ayudar a mujeres en todas las etapas de la vida a reconectarse con sus cuerpos, abrazar su energía femenina y encontrar libertad a través de la danza.

SharQui Workout: Our traditional high-energy bellydance workout.

SharQui 2: Our traditional high-energy bellydance workout but kicked up a notch with intricate moves as well as speed.

SharQui Veil: A traditional SharQui Workout infused with safe veil technique. Enhance your workout from the added upper body toning. Veil is optional as options for students without veils will be provided. Newbie to experienced friendly.

SharQui Styles: Our traditional high-energy bellydance workout but fused with an inspiration of another dance genre. Each week will be a new dance style fusion.

SharQui Strength: Your traditional SharQui Workout paired with light weights.  

SharQui Core: This cross training class combines light weights and Pilates mat exercises with bellydance movements, all focused on strengthening the abdominals and back for SharQui.

Crash Choreo: Learn a 1-2 minute choreography that gets your heart rate up.

Total Body Strength: This is traditional strength training class with weights and cardio. A great way to cross train your bellydance practice!

Stretch: Start and end your week with a deep stretch class that incorporates standing and floor positions to open and lengthen the muscles from all angles. A wonderful and important compliment to our SharQui program to help you stay flexible,  injury and pain free.
